Falcon Finance launches regulated RWA tokenization channel in El Salvador for GPU long-term financing, with NEAR AI as counterparty and Uniswap as trading venue.
AI & Agents ·
Falcon Finance has established a regulated real-world asset tokenization channel in El Salvador, with its inaugural offering being a tokenized GPU forward financing instrument currently undergoing structural design. NEAR AI will serve as both anchor buyer and technical partner for the GPU computing power, while vGPU handles equipment supply, installation, and maintenance. Assets will be issued by NOTA S.A.S. de C.V., an El Salvador-licensed institution, and traded on permissionless venues such as Uniswap.
Once the instruments achieve sufficient trading volume and market depth, they may function as collateral for Falcon Finance to mint its USDf stablecoin. The structure addresses three traditional pain points for real-world assets: asset authenticity, valuation transparency, and on-chain liquidity. GPU computing power as an RWA asset remains in design phase, and the timeline for reaching the trading volumes needed to unlock collateral functionality is not yet specified.
