Jack Dorsey's Block launches Buzz, an open-source Nostr-based workspace giving AI agents cryptographic identities as an alternative to Slack and GitHub.
AI & Agents ·
Block has launched Buzz, a free, open-source platform built on the Nostr protocol that allows employees and AI agents to share a single workspace with their own cryptographic identities. The platform bundles chat, code repositories, and automated workflows, and supports agents powered by Claude Code, Codex, and Block's own goose framework. Buzz is model-agnostic and self-hosted or managed by Block, with the code published under an Apache 2.0 license, though the platform remains early in development at version 0.4.21.
