Bitget has introduced trading contracts tied to GPU rental pricing for the first time, launching H100USDT and B200USDT pre-market compute perpetual futures. The H100USDT contract tracks rental costs for NVIDIA's H100 GPU, while B200USDT tracks pricing for NVIDIA's Blackwell B200 GPU. Both indices are maintained by Silicon Data and measure standardized hourly rental rates quoted in USD per GPU-hour, drawing on data from multiple cloud service providers and computing capacity vendors.
The contracts allow traders to position themselves on GPU compute market movements before broader adoption or official product launches. Each index normalizes variables including hardware specifications, lease duration, geographic location, and contract terms to create a standardized measure of capacity pricing trends in the AI infrastructure sector. The launch aims to serve demand from traders interested in artificial intelligence, GPU computing capacity, and semiconductor markets.
Bitget has flagged that index prices may experience significant volatility and that high leverage amplifies risk. The exchange reserves the right to adjust leverage caps and margin requirements as market conditions shift, with traders directed to future announcements for updated parameters.
