Cronos (CRO) rose 6% after Crypto.com filed with the CFTC to offer equity perpetuals in the US, following the SEC's acknowledgment of the company's Form 1-N the prior week. The filing allows Nadex, which Crypto.com operates as a derivatives exchange, to list perpetual contracts on stocks including Apple, Amazon, and Tesla. CRO has gained 9% over seven days and 13% over the past month, though it remains 93% below its November 2021 all-time high. Coinbase and Kalshi are pursuing similar equity perpetuals offerings under CFTC approval processes.
