Infini raises $6M seed round to build global payments and stablecoin infrastructure.
DeFi & Yields ·
Infini has closed a $6M seed round led by SNZ Holding and other venture investors to build global payments and stablecoin infrastructure. The funding marks the first significant external capital raise for the project as it moves beyond early concept work to develop core product and validate market demand. Seed rounds in crypto typically blend traditional venture structures with token incentives and ecosystem support, allowing projects to hire teams, conduct security audits, bootstrap liquidity, and test protocol economics before pursuing larger institutional rounds. For Infini, the capital will support building out its stablecoin financial operating system and establishing the infrastructure needed for cross-border payment settlement. Key questions remain about the investor composition beyond the lead, the token economics and governance structure, and the timeline and geographic focus for payments deployment.
