Kraken integrating Hyperliquid HIP-3 markets and launching perpetual futures trading in the U.S.

Payward, parent company of Kraken, announced plans to deploy onchain perpetual futures markets for US clients on Hyperliquid, with its CFTC-regulated entities Bitnomial and NinjaTrader Clearing handling market creation and client accounts respectively. The move would make Payward the first registered US exchange or clearinghouse to deploy markets on Hyperliquid's HIP-3 perpetual markets.
