Pendle has implemented PT Looping, a feature enabling autonomous routing of assets from money markets back into Pendle's protocol to capture higher yields. Aave and Sky operate Protector Agent, an AI system that scans the mempool to detect and respond to hostile transactions, with the ability to halt vaults or execute defensive actions against flash loan exploits. Uniswap has rolled out multiple AI integrations including builder plugins, AI-assisted swaps, and compatibility with ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor models.
The adoption extends across additional protocols: Morpho, AerodromeFi, MoonwellDeFi, and Avantisfi have integrated Base MCP to enable autonomous use cases within their offerings. Jupiter Exchange functions as a primary execution venue for agent-driven trading on Solana. These moves reflect a shift in DeFi infrastructure toward autonomous agents as essential infrastructure rather than optional tooling for yield optimization and risk management.
