Private infrastructure historically required six-figure minimums and multi-month redemption windows; tokenization removes those barriers while compounding returns through yield enhancement mechanisms.
NGI+ liquidity providers on Pendle currently earn 34.8% APY, well above the fund's underlying annualized net asset value growth of approximately 11.7%. The yield premium reflects both Pendle's protocol rewards and the structural advantage of on-chain settlement over traditional redemption cycles.
