Plume's nOPAL vault launches on Kamino, bringing RWA-backed yield products to Solana's largest lending protocol.
DeFi & Yields ·
Plume's nOPAL vault has launched on Kamino, Solana's largest lending protocol, which currently holds over $1 billion in total value locked. The vault is curated by Re7 Labs and brings real-world asset-backed yield products to the platform, which already operates $670 million or more in RWA markets.
The launch represents an integration of institutional-grade real-world asset yields into an established lending venue. By positioning the product within Kamino's existing liquidity infrastructure, Plume aims to make open finance accessible through Solana's primary lending venue rather than requiring users to navigate separate protocols.
It remains unclear whether additional vault products beyond nOPAL are planned for the Kamino integration, what specific RWAs back the yield, or what performance metrics or adoption targets Plume and Re7 Labs are tracking post-launch.
