Pyth Network powers 97.6% of the $44.5 billion in daily volume flowing through the top 12 real-world asset perpetual futures markets, according to data from Pyth's RWA dashboard. The dominance underscores the oracle's central role in tokenized finance infrastructure as adoption accelerates across the sector.
Real-world asset trading has surged broadly in recent months. Since April, over 1 trillion dollars in RWA volume has moved through centralized and decentralized crypto exchanges. Across 22 venues in aggregate, tokenized RWAs generated 56.4 billion dollars in trading volume over the past 24 hours alone, spanning 399 distinct assets and 1,537 markets. Tokenized real-world assets now account for 19.0 percent of all tracked perpetual open interest, representing 9.63 billion dollars.
The concentration of volume through a single oracle raises questions about infrastructure redundancy and Pyth's operational resilience under stress. The extent to which alternative price feeds are being deployed alongside Pyth in these markets remains unclear.
