Robinhood Chain has reached $1.06 billion in total value locked and ranked third by decentralized exchange volume within its first four months of operation, according to on-chain metrics. The chain achieved this standing only behind Solana and Ethereum. Its strongest trading week was approximately four times larger than Base's comparable early performance, and it recovered to its launch high roughly five months faster than Base did.
Despite trading volume cooling since September, total value locked has continued climbing to new peaks, indicating retained capital commitment even as initial attention has moderated. The chain operates with free swaps through year-end and has announced upcoming 24/7 stock token trading. Robinhood's user base of approximately 29 million represents a significant addressable market, with less than 1% actively engaged onchain on any given day.
The trajectory and retention of value remain contingent on execution by the development team. Upcoming support initiatives and product launches have been signaled, but whether the chain sustains its ranking and attracts meaningful portions of Robinhood's retail user base remains uncertain.
