Superform launches Earn Stocks, a DeFi yield product enabling interest-bearing tokenized equity exposure on Base via Aave.
DeFi & Yields ·
Superform has launched Earn Stocks, a yield product that allows users to generate interest on tokenized versions of major stocks including NVDA, TSLA, and GOOGL while maintaining full price exposure. The product went live on Base and integrates with Aave's lending infrastructure. The mechanism operates as a carry strategy: stablecoins are borrowed from Aave using the tokenized stocks as collateral, then deployed to higher-yielding venues on Morpho, creating a spread between borrowing and lending rates.
The rollout spans all seven Mag 7 SuperStocks, beginning with superNVDA, which captured nearly 10% of all NVDAc tokens issued on Base during an initial deposit phase. Deployment of borrowed USDC occurs only when projected returns exceed Aave borrowing costs, platform fees, operational expenses, and a defined risk buffer—capital sits idle if economics do not clear this threshold. SuperformOS manages collateral ratios, liquidation monitoring, and fund redemptions under rule-based conditions expressed in DeFIX intent language. Superform retains a 20% performance fee.
The service excludes U.S. customers and carries exposure to borrowing-rate, liquidation, oracle, and smart-contract risks. Additional yield strategies beyond the initial carry approach are planned. A community observation noted that TSLA yield performed favorably in early trading.
