Bybit is delisting the STGUSDT perpetual contract.
Ecosystem ·
Bybit will remove the STGUSDT perpetual contract from its platform on October 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM UTC, according to the exchange's announcement. The delisting will halt all trading activity on the instrument and trigger automatic cancellation of any open orders, conditional orders, and positions tied to the contract. Positions will be closed at a price derived from the 30-minute average index price leading up to the delisting time.
The removal extends beyond spot and perpetual trading. The STGUSDT perpetual will no longer function within Bybit's Trading Bots service, and unfilled orders attached to the contract in Copy Trading will be automatically canceled as well. No manual action is required from traders to close positions or orders.
The reason for the delisting has not been disclosed, nor is there indication whether this reflects reduced trading demand for the instrument, broader changes to the STG ecosystem, or other operational considerations.
