Infosys partners with Chainlink to accelerate institutional adoption of onchain finance.
Ecosystem ·
Infosys, a global IT company with a $40 billion-plus valuation that manages infrastructure for more than 1.7 billion customer accounts, has entered a strategic partnership with Chainlink to advance institutional adoption of onchain finance. The collaboration will standardize Infosys's use of several Chainlink technologies, including the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), Proof of Reserve, Data Streams, and Data Feeds.
The partnership aims to create infrastructure connecting major financial institutions to onchain markets. By integrating Chainlink's toolkit into its banking and payments operations, Infosys intends to bridge traditional finance infrastructure with blockchain-based systems at institutional scale.
The announcement does not specify timelines for implementation, the scope of institutions initially targeted, or measurable adoption milestones. Details on how Infosys will operationalize these technologies across its existing customer base remain to be disclosed.
