Bitcoin ETFs extended their winning streak to nine days with $66M in inflows, matching August's rally.
Macro & Markets ·
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded their ninth consecutive day of inflows on Tuesday, drawing in $66.19 million as the asset class extended a rally that began September 17. Over that nine-day period, the funds accumulated approximately $3.08 billion, surpassing August's comparable streak by roughly $33 million. Bitcoin traded near $84,400 on Wednesday, up around 1% for the day, though the price remained below its September peak of $87,350.
The inflow momentum follows a dramatic reversal after the Federal Reserve's rate increase on September 16. ETF flows had been negative in the preceding days, with roughly $746 million exiting the funds in a two-day span. The turnaround commenced on September 17 when inflows resumed, and daily additions subsequently peaked at $999 million on September 21 before moderating to current levels. The cumulative inflows for the week ending September 25 totaled $2.4 billion, marking the largest weekly haul since October 2025.
Whether the streak will continue remains uncertain. The current nine-day run ties August's length but trails the 13 consecutive days of inflows recorded in June 2025. Sustaining the streak through Monday, October 5 would match that prior record.
