Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $41.2M in net inflows on August 4, following $170M the previous day, while spot Ethereum ETFs added $10.6M during the same period. Bitcoin held near $63,000 as a key support level, with the price hovering around $63,822 relative to the 200-week moving average at approximately $63,657.
According to Glassnode data, approximately 515,000 BTC—over 3% of circulating supply—has a cost basis concentrated near $63,000, making this zone a significant accumulation area. An additional 362,000 BTC is clustered in the $61,000 region. Only the supply density between $78,000 and $82,000, corresponding to Bitcoin's May peak, shows higher concentration than the $63,000 area. Both retail investors and whale addresses holding over 1,000 BTC are in net accumulation, indicating sustained long-term capital deployment.
The convergence of strong historical accumulation at $63,000, overlapping whale positioning, and continued inflows suggests institutional and whale-level support at this level. However, whether these inflows will sustain or intensify remains uncertain, as the pattern reflects a range-bound market rather than decisive directional commitment.
