Strive acquired 1,375 Bitcoin for $109 million between August 31 and September 4, bringing its total holdings to 24,531 BTC and marking its third consecutive week of 5%-plus growth. The purchase was funded largely through SATA, the company's preferred stock offering, which now has $999 million in notional value outstanding, approaching a $1 billion milestone. According to CEO Matt Cole, the average cost per coin was $79,281, and the weekly holdings increase was 5.9%, part of a 21.1% gain over the past three weeks.
