Regulation & Gov ·
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP ETFs experienced combined outflows of $593 million on Tuesday, their largest single-day drawdown since June. The Senate voted 49 to 50 against advancing the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, a crypto regulation bill that required 60 votes to proceed. Bitcoin ETFs led the exodus with $450.4 million withdrawn, while Ethereum ETFs lost $142.3 million, with XRP funds remaining flat. The failed vote on the market-structure bill marked what crypto advocates called an effective end to the legislation's chances in 2026.
