Bybit has announced the termination of withdrawal services for Secret Network's SCRT token, effective October 7, 2026 at 8 AM UTC. The exchange cited a system review as the basis for advancing the withdrawal deadline. Users are advised to move their SCRT holdings to external wallets before the closure date to retain control of their assets.
Any withdrawal requests submitted before the deadline but pending at closure will be processed afterward. Bybit has signaled that remaining SCRT balances held in user accounts after the cutoff may be converted to stablecoins, subject to market conditions, with the resulting stablecoins credited directly to accounts. New SCRT deposits are no longer recommended, as the exchange warns they may result in irreversible loss.
The move follows a broader delisting of SCRT on the platform. No statement has been provided regarding the underlying reason for the withdrawal service discontinuation or whether other exchanges have taken similar steps with the token.
