OpenPayd has integrated MSB USA Inc. into its operations, bringing 43 state money transmitter licenses under its regulatory umbrella and expanding its U.S. market footprint ahead of a planned Nasdaq listing. The expansion follows strong recent business performance, with the company reporting annual recurring revenue exceeding $96 million and annualized transaction volume surpassing $300 billion as of July 31, 2026. OpenPayd now operates with regulated infrastructure across the U.S., U.K., and Europe, serving over 1,200 global clients including Kraken, eToro, and OKX.
