Polygon Labs has finalized its purchase of Coinme, bringing regulated money transfer capabilities to its Open Money Stack platform across 48 U.S. states with 37 state-level money transmitter licenses and 11 exemptions. The combined entity is registered with FinCEN as a money services business and counts Tazapay, Mesh, Toku, and Kira among its initial users for applications including cross-border payments, payroll, and USD services.
