Four.Meme rolls out 4Stock for tokenized equities on BNB Chain

The launchpad platform now offers 1:1-backed tokens tracking stocks that existing onchain equity products like bStocks have not yet listed.
Four.Meme has introduced 4Stock, a new tokenized stock offering built on BNB Chain, according to a post from @fourdotmemezh. The platform is designed to bring equities onchain that are currently absent from bStocks' existing lineup, giving holders exposure to shares through tokens each backed one-to-one by the underlying stock.
The core mechanic is straightforward collateralization: every 4Stock token corresponds directly to a real equity position held elsewhere, meaning the token's value is meant to track its underlying share rather than being synthetically derived. This positions 4Stock as a complement to, rather than a replacement for, bStocks, filling gaps in equity coverage rather than duplicating what's already tradable onchain.
The launch adds to a run of activity on BNB Chain, which has been expanding well beyond its original DeFi base into AI-agent tooling and real-world-asset products. Recent additions to the network include SilentSwap, a private non-custodial cross-chain swap and transfer service, and Teneo Protocol's integration with CoinMarketCap Labs to support autonomous AI agent workflows. The chain has also been tightening its technical base, adopting six Ethereum EIPs in its Osaka/Mendel hard fork and shifting legacy BEP2 and BEP8 token recovery to a local self-service tool as the Beacon Chain sunset moves into its third phase.
BNB itself, the network's native asset described on its profile page, trades near $580 with a market capitalization around $78 billion and a circulating supply of roughly 135 million tokens, a figure that continues to decline under the chain's ongoing burn program. That backdrop of shrinking supply and expanding product range forms the environment into which 4Stock is launching.
What remains unclear is which specific equities 4Stock will list first, how the underlying share custody is structured and audited, and what liquidity or trading volume the platform draws once live. Whether 4Stock and bStocks will operate as parallel, non-overlapping systems long-term, or eventually compete over the same equities, is also not yet established.
