On September 1, 2026, Ripple and SettleMint announced a partnership integrating Ripple Custody with SettleMint's DALP to create a single platform for regulated financial institutions to issue, custody, and manage tokenized real-world assets. The combined offering has already launched in Asia Pacific and plans to expand to other markets as institutional demand develops. According to Fiona Murray, Managing Director of Ripple's Asia Pacific division, institutions across the region can now consolidate separate solutions for custody, issuance, and governance into one foundation.
