RWA & Tokenization ·
Tokenized real-world assets deployed on Stellar have reached $4 billion, marking a roughly 360% increase over the course of this year. The ecosystem stood at $868.8 million at the end of 2025, suggesting rapid expansion in asset issuance and adoption across the network. Spiko holds the largest position with $1.55 billion in tokenized holdings, while institutional participants such as Franklin Templeton and Ondo maintain significant exposure.
The growth extends beyond a single asset class. As of August 30, approximately $487 million in non-US government debt has been tokenized on the platform, including Mexican CETES and Brazilian government bonds made available through Etherfuse. This diversification reflects expansion into fixed-income markets beyond traditional venues.
The trajectory remains fluid. While the $4 billion milestone and institutional participation signal momentum in real-world asset tokenization, the full scope of future issuance volumes, regulatory developments, and market penetration across different asset classes remain open questions for the ecosystem.
