The attacker claims control of four affected wallets tied to transaction 0xacce7431a0019bda373f60f2da37f70b1415d077b6d62851bc17f6bf596b14ce and proposes retaining 1.22 ETH while returning 11.01 ETH of the 12.24 ETH total extracted.
The message, posted on-chain to the controller of the affected contract, requests coordination through a plaintext reply to arrange return terms and a destination address, invoking the identifier "SEAL 911." The offer includes an explicit request that funds not be moved during negotiation.
