Prediction market Predict.fun users allegedly being drained across 19 accounts totaling ~$260k with no statement from the team.
Security & Exploits ·
On October 27, users of prediction market Predict.fun began reporting unauthorized fund transfers, with one account draining approximately 5,000 and routing funds through Tornado Cash. A coordinated review identified 19 affected victims across the platform, with a combined loss of 105 ETH—roughly $260,000—sent through the same mixing service. The platform's team has not released a public statement regarding the incident.
The transfers appear systematic, with funds bridged from Binance Smart Chain to Ethereum before being funneled into Tornado Cash via the address 0x8b001D7378DBc19C1c62E39c0fC9FFAD84182fBa. One researcher flagged that additional victims may exist and urged remaining users to withdraw their assets immediately.
The incident marks the third documented wave of attacks targeting the platform. Two prior batches of drains occurred on October 14–15 and October 22, though specifics on those earlier incidents remain limited. The full scope of the vulnerability and whether Predict.fun has deployed remedial measures remain unclear.
