Asentum launches Incentivized Testnet with ASE airdrop campaign offering XP rewards for network activity, staking, validator participation, and bug reports.
Tech & Launches ·
Asentum activated its Incentivized Testnet on September 17 at 4PM UTC, launching an XP-based rewards campaign tied to the $ASE airdrop. Participants can earn points through six main activities: chain usage, dApp exploration and quests, validator operation, bug reporting, referrals, and content sharing. Running a validator yields 5,000 XP plus a permanent ×1.2 multiplier, while staking ASE for 30 days unlocks stacking multipliers ranging from ×2 to ×10 depending on stake size. These bonuses compound with daily streak multipliers and other participation rewards.
The testnet structure rewards multiple user types. Bug reports generate 500 to 25,000 XP based on severity and review, processed within 24 hours. Chain transactions earn up to 1 XP daily with volume-based tiers, plus 500 XP for deploying a contract. dApp quests range from 75 to 500 XP per completion. Referrals grant 5% of referred users' XP permanently across two levels, and weekly content sharing unlocks multipliers up to ×1.5 for top contributors.
The campaign runs Season 1 with multiple participation milestones available immediately, though the Q2 2026 Chrome wallet extension and other tools remain in development. Validator tournaments and additional bonus structures are referenced but specific mechanics remain undetailed. The leaderboard progression system and exact mainnet airdrop distribution mechanics are not yet specified.
