DefiLlama has launched a Universal Token Ratings dashboard offering standardized assessments across digital assets. The system assigns each token a numerical score from 0 to 100 alongside a letter grade ranging from AAA to CCC, developed in collaboration with Forgd. The dashboard currently rates 128 tokens and is continuously updated, representing what the project describes as the industry's first standardized token rating standard applied at scale.
The ratings framework evaluates tokens across two primary dimensions: performance metrics and disclosure quality. Each token receives independent scoring in both categories, with an overall composite rating visible on the main leaderboard. The full dataset and individual token assessments are accessible through the live dashboard interface.
DefiLlama is accepting applications from projects seeking inclusion in the Universal Token Rating system, though the current evaluation pool of 128 tokens already spans a substantial portion of the market.
