Franklin Templeton has entered a partnership with HashKey to make its tokenized U.S. government money market fund available to professional investors throughout Asia. The fund, which holds short-term, high-quality assets like Treasury bills and overnight repurchase agreements, offers yields while maintaining capital stability through blockchain-based token shares. According to The Block, the arrangement allows qualified investors in the region to access regulated yield on digital rails with near-instant settlement capabilities.
