Gnosis Pay discontinues direct consumer card offerings and shifts focus to B2B partnerships with fintech and wallet providers.

Gnosis Pay will discontinue its direct-to-consumer card and web application on 20 December 2026, shifting its business model toward B2B partnerships with fintech platforms, neobanks, and wallet providers. The company determined that maintaining consumer-facing interfaces alongside its growing B2B card programme business was not sustainable at the standard it intended to maintain.
Cardholders retain access to their funds indefinitely, with the web app transitioning post-closure to function solely as a withdrawal tool. Gnosis Pay has directed existing users toward partner applications and outlined migration options. The new system powering partner integrations includes features such as instant withdrawals, instant reversals, enhanced privacy controls, and improved card management capabilities.
The transition leaves open which partner apps will actively onboard migrating cardholders and at what scale, as well as the long-term viability of Gnosis Pay's B2B positioning in a competitive payments infrastructure landscape. Day-to-day support for the consumer product will eventually end, though fund accessibility remains guaranteed.
