NUVA partners with Chainlink as exclusive oracle for institutional RWA tokenization including nvPRIME backed by U.S. HELOC-linked loans.

NUVA has selected Chainlink as its exclusive oracle provider for institutional real-world asset tokenization, beginning with nvPRIME, a product backed by U.S. home equity line of credit-linked loans. The arrangement tasks Chainlink with pushing net asset value and reserve status data onto Ethereum for the tokenized offering.
The partnership addresses a core infrastructure need in RWA tokenization: reliable off-chain data feeds for assets that require continuous valuation updates. Chainlink's role is to supply the price and collateral information required to maintain transparency and compliance for institutional participants moving traditional debt instruments onto blockchain rails.
Observers have flagged residual risks that oracle infrastructure alone cannot mitigate. A commentator noted that while Chainlink can relay NAV and reserve metrics on-chain, the underlying HELOC defaults and secondary market liquidity for redemptions remain outside the oracle's scope of control. How NUVA manages these tail risks and whether redemption mechanisms will function smoothly during market stress remain open questions.
