Robinhood Chain surpasses Ethereum and Base in daily fees as meme coins and tokenized stocks gain traction.

Robinhood Chain, which launched its blockchain two months ago on July 1, is collecting more in daily fees than both Base and Ethereum. Over the past day, the chain generated $495,477 in network revenue compared to $71,703 for Base and $25,746 for Ethereum. Apps built on Robinhood Chain earned $1.84 million in 24-hour revenue, second only to Solana's $5.03 million and exceeding Ethereum's $1.14 million.
The surge is being driven largely by meme coins and tokenized stocks gaining traction on the network. Pons, Robinhood's token launchpad, posted a record $690,000 in revenue on a single day and generated roughly $208.82 million in 30-day decentralized exchange volume. The PONS token rose 46% in a day and 499% over the past week, trading at $0.3591 with a $254.89 million market cap. Total value locked on Robinhood Chain reached $727.15 million, while onchain real-world asset volume set records across four consecutive sessions, each clearing approximately $115 million.
Whether this trajectory will sustain remains uncertain. App revenue figures over 30 days still favor Ethereum at $45.84 million versus Robinhood Chain's $21.05 million, suggesting the recent surge may reflect a short-term concentration of trading activity rather than a structural shift in user preference.
