Securitize and Neuberger launched the High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC) on Sui Network, marking Securitize's first integration with Sui and Neuberger's debut as a subadvisor to a tokenized fund. HINC invests primarily in high-yield bonds alongside CLOs and leveraged loans, expanding tokenized fund offerings on Sui beyond the treasuries and money markets that currently dominate the space. The fund is also live on Avalanche, Ethereum, and Solana. Neuberger manages more than $230 billion in assets, while Securitize manages approximately $5 billion of AUM and partners with firms including Apollo, BlackRock, BNY, Hamilton Lane, KKR, and VanEck.
Sui's object-centric architecture enables programmable compliance, custodial permissions, investor tracking, and real-time transparency—capabilities viewed as essential for regulated financial products. Adeniyi Abiodun, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Mysten Labs, characterized HINC as a pivotal moment signaling institutional adoption of tokenized assets on Sui. Carlos Domingo, CEO and Founder at Securitize, emphasized the importance of making tokenized assets accessible across multiple blockchains to unlock their value.
The launch occurred around August 18, 2026. HINC joins other institutional RWA activity on Sui from Matrixdock, R25, KAIO, and Mubadala Capital.
