Token Terminal launched standardized legal and operating disclosures for 10,000+ tokenized assets with 60+ data fields.
Tech & Launches ·
Token Terminal has rolled out Fact Sheets covering more than 10,000 tokenized assets, adding legal, operational, and economic disclosures alongside the platform's existing onchain data. Each asset now contains over 60 standardized fields with citations linking back to source documents. The fields span asset classification, issuer identity and domicile, service providers, primary-market terms, economics, and assurance—drawing from official issuer documentation, contracts, regulatory filings, and public records.
The Fact Sheets distinguish between what blockchain records alone can reveal and what they cannot. Onchain data captures supply, holders, and transfers, but does not independently establish legal issuer identity, the nature of a holder's claim, custody details, or redemption conditions. Token Terminal's product surfaces those off-chain attributes in structured form alongside the chain record, enabling analysts to filter by criteria like issuer domicile or claim type and then compare results by onchain metrics such as supply or holder growth.
Each field is sourced and interactive; selecting a value displays Token Terminal's interpretation, exact citations from the underlying document, and a direct link to the original. The platform also engages with issuers to verify details and capture information not fully reflected in public documents. Access rolls out through the Token Terminal interface and Data Catalog, though the full scope of availability remains incomplete in current announcements.
