DefiLlama has launched LlamaAI Live Mode, a voice-interactive research tool designed to support DeFi and financial market analysis. The product enables users to conduct voice conversations, adjust requests in real time as analysis runs, and receive progress summaries during research execution. Users can also build custom research workflows within the platform.
The system integrates DefiLama's dataset of over 5,000 protocols with stock, macro, and onchain data, allowing complex queries that previously required multiple tools to be executed through single prompts. LlamaAI includes features such as auto-generated charts, Monte Carlo price forecasts, onchain analysis, scheduled alerts, and multi-agent research reports that synthesize findings into exportable PDFs. The platform can query across DeFi, TradFi, and real-time web data simultaneously.
Access is tiered: free users receive one question daily after an initial seven-day trial period of five daily questions, plus access to scheduled reports every two weeks; paid subscribers receive unlimited usage as part of their DefiLlama Pro membership. It remains unclear how voice interaction accuracy will perform across different accents and technical terminology, or what usage patterns emerge as the feature scales.
