Bybit launches perpetual futures contract for XLP with up to 25x leverage.
DeFi & Yields ·
Bybit has made a XLP perpetual futures contract available for trading with maximum leverage of 25x. The contract, trading under the ticker XLPUSDT, is classified as a TradFi Perpetual instrument and can also be accessed through automated trading tools including Futures Grid, Futures Martingale, and Futures Combo.
XLP positions are synthetically derived instruments that track price movement of underlying assets such as equities, ETFs, and commodities, rather than conferring ownership of those assets themselves. Traders on these contracts do not hold claims to dividends, voting rights, or other holder benefits, and contract prices may diverge from the prices of the underlying reference assets.
The exchange noted it may modify contract terms, leverage limits, margin requirements, or other specifications at any time without advance warning. Trading the instrument carries material risk including total loss of margin and, where leverage applies, potential losses exceeding initial collateral. The product's availability is subject to jurisdictional restrictions and Bybit's compliance policies, which may be adjusted or withdrawn unilaterally.
