Falcon Finance launches Falcon Card, a payment card enabling spending of overcollateralized USDf stablecoin backed by tokenized stocks, gold, and crypto collateral.
DeFi & Yields ·
Falcon Finance unveiled Falcon Card, a payment instrument designed to facilitate everyday transactions using USDf, an overcollateralized synthetic stablecoin. The card is now accessible to verified users across more than 90 jurisdictions.
USDf can be obtained through two routes: minting by depositing eligible collateral, or purchasing on secondary markets prior to transfer onto the card. The collateral base encompasses stablecoins, major cryptocurrencies, tokenized precious metals including XAUt, equity tokens from Ondo (COINon, QBTSon, NVDAon, MSTRon, TSLAon), and xStocks instruments (MSTRX, SPYx, CRCLX, NVDAX, TSLAX).
The launch connects on-chain assets—particularly tokenized equities and commodities—to physical-world spending infrastructure, though specifics on issuance mechanisms, card features, and regulatory compliance across the stated jurisdictions remain undisclosed.
