PT holders receive fixed-discount equity exposure while YT holders capture dividend streams, establishing an on-chain implied dividend yield for the first time. The multiplier design handles dividends and stock splits through a growing token multiplier rather than balance adjustments, allowing precise separation of principal from yield in tokenized equities.
