Flowra and Honeypot integrate sanctions screening into Solana block building to improve compliance.
Regulation & Gov ·
Flowra and Honeypot have announced an integration that embeds compliance screening into Solana's block-building layer. The partnership applies Honeypot's compliance intelligence to Flowra's Programmable Block Policy framework, enabling institutional validators to establish rules that filter transactions and bundles before they enter blocks.
The system screens against sanctioned wallet addresses and network-level signals including VPNs, proxy services, and Tor exit nodes—methods accounting for an estimated 31–61% of obfuscated traffic. Validators retain autonomy to define their own policies, determining which compliance checks apply to their block construction. The framework is designed to accommodate additional compliance providers in the future.
The initial deployment targets sanctions screening, wallet analysis, and auditability for regulated operators. Each validator establishes independent compliance criteria rather than network-wide enforcement, preserving validator choice while providing institutional participants with controls they expect. Implementation details remain to be disclosed as the integration progresses.
