Morgan Stanley launches Ethereum and Solana ETPs on NYSE Arca with 0.14% fees and full staking reward pass-through.

Morgan Stanley launched two exchange-traded products on NYSE Arca on July 28: MSSE for Ethereum and MSOL for Solana. Both carry a 0.14% expense ratio and pass 100% of staking rewards to investors, a structure designed to appeal to institutional buyers seeking yield on crypto holdings.
The move builds on momentum from Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin fund, which has accumulated $381 million in assets. The products offer regulated, custody-backed access to two major Layer 1 networks through a traditional brokerage channel, removing barriers that have historically limited institutional participation in direct staking.
It remains unclear whether the fee-inclusive staking model and regulatory legitimacy will drive sustained inflows, or whether adoption will depend on broader market conditions and institutional appetite for crypto exposure. The competitive positioning against other crypto ETPs in the market has not yet been detailed.
