ZetaMarkets and Bulletxyz founders accused of misleading community over two-year migration promise.

ZetaMarkets and Bulletxyz founders—Tristan Frizza, pdanimol, and JMR Luna—are accused of misleading the community after promising a 1:1 migration of the ZEX token to Bullet for two years through official documentation, blog posts, and repeated statements across Discord, AMAs, and social media. According to allegations, the founders subsequently dropped the promised migration entirely, offering only a "voluntary" permanent lock-up with a points multiplier in exchange for surrendered ZEX tokens, while quietly removing all migration references from documentation and delisting occurred on Bybit and Kucoin. Community members reported selling at significant losses and losing entire savings based on the written migration promises, with some having staked ZEX for bonus airdrops.
