Bitget's rTokens connect traditional US equities to crypto markets via Reality Finance infrastructure, enabling onchain trading and lending access to tokenized stocks tracking Wall Street securities.
RWA & Tokenization ·
Distributed tokenized real-world assets have reached approximately $39B in total value, with tokenized equities representing roughly $3.6B of that sum, according to RWA.xyz. The sector is shifting from experimental tokenization toward functional infrastructure that enables users to trade and access traditional assets onchain without constantly moving funds between conventional brokers and crypto platforms. Equities have emerged as a particularly active area within this transition, as they become more practical for use across integrated financial applications.
Bitget's rTokens, issued through Reality Finance, bring US stocks and ETFs onto blockchains by tracking underlying securities with 1:1 backing through regulated brokerage custodians. Tokens such as $rAAPL, $rTSLA, $rNVDA, and $rQQQ maintain connection to Wall Street liquidity during standard market hours, while selected assets can trade outside those windows through alternative arrangements. Beyond spot trading, qualified rTokens support borrowing and margin features on Bitget, and eligible dividend distributions arrive as stablecoins, though holders receive economic exposure rather than voting rights or direct share registration.
Bitget Wallet extends access to over 1,700 tokenized stocks and ETFs through its Reality integration, with swaps routable across Arbitrum and Morph networks. A temporary zero swap fee promotion—active through October 29, 09:00 UTC—reduces one cost layer for transitions between crypto and stock-linked tokens, though other expenses including spreads, price impact, and network costs remain unchanged. The mechanics for capital movement between asset classes remain subject to available liquidity and promotion terms.
