Binance will delist QNT/BTC and RPL/USDC pairs on August 7 and conduct a three-hour US stock trading system upgrade on August 8.

Binance will delist four trading pairs on August 7, including QNT/BTC and RPL/USDC, alongside SIGN/BNB and SKL/USDC. The exchange clarified that delisting a spot pair does not remove the underlying tokens from the platform; users retain the ability to trade both base and quote assets on alternative pairs. A day later, on August 8, Binance will pause US stock trading for approximately three hours to execute a scheduled system upgrade managed by a partner broker.
The delistings follow Binance's routine review of spot pairs against criteria including liquidity and trading volume. Previous delistings by the exchange have triggered double-digit price declines for affected tokens, though the current announcement did not spark a material market reaction among the affected assets. This difference may reflect market perception of a partial delisting versus a complete removal of a token from the platform.
No information has been disclosed regarding the specific reason for each pair's delisting or whether any of the four tokens will be relisted in the future.
