Featherlend has taken operational control of Morpho's Mini App on the World Network, a transition endorsed by Morpho that expands lending access across six additional chains: Sei, Celo, Kaia, Hemi, Soneium, and MegaETH. The handoff will occur over 30 days, beginning immediately with a notice banner and acknowledgment pop-up, after which the interface branding will shift to Featherlend while maintaining a "Powered by Morpho" designation. Featherlend previously assumed control of the Morpho Lite interface across multiple chains without incident.
The underlying smart contracts, user positions, and balances remain fully intact throughout the transition. No onchain actions, fund migrations, or reconnections are required from users, and yield generation continues without interruption. The only operational change is the team maintaining the app, as Morpho narrows its focus to its primary application rather than risk the World Network mini app becoming outdated.
The shift unfolds in two phases: Phase 1 preserves existing Morpho branding with notification elements, while Phase 2, following the 30-day window, adopts Featherlend's visual identity and app tile designation. Morpho confirmed the transition is coordinated with the Worldcoin Foundation and represents a Morpho-endorsed operational restructuring.
