Securitize launched tokenized shares of 12 U.S. companies—including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, and Microsoft—on Solana, with tokens backed one-for-one by actual shares and structured to preserve dividends and voting rights. Trading begins on Securitize's PropAMM platform with Jump Trading supplying liquidity and USDC settlement, while expansion to NYSE's planned 24/7 digital venue and the OKX-ICE joint venture's tokenized securities platform remains subject to regulatory approval and those venues launching.
