September has brought several institutional milestones to real-world assets across blockchains. The $687M Janus Henderson Anemoy AAA collateralized loan obligation fund is now accessible on eight chains, with the announcement appearing to mark an update to its June 2025 launch. Meanwhile, Securitize, confirmed as the largest tokenization platform with $4.9B in assets under management, signed a memorandum of understanding with Dubai's VARA on September 3, surpassing Ondo's $3.5B. India achieved its first tokenized corporate bond issuance when REC raised approximately ₹500 crore ($57M) on September 8, settled via the RBI's wholesale digital rupee.
Activity on leading blockchains underscores momentum beyond pilot phases. Solana attracted $348M in real-world asset net inflows over 30 days—the largest inflow of any blockchain—bringing its total tokenized assets to $4.23B. BNB Chain's tokenized stock market capitalization reached $3.1B around September 5, with BNB Chain commanding roughly $1.0B, or 32.7% of that total. Maple Finance posted record August profits of $1.13M with total value locked peaking at $3.07B on August 25, corresponding to a 14% token price movement.
Structural changes are underway across protocols. Ondo is halting USDY minting on Aptos and Noble effective September 8, though small holders retain a 90-day redemption window through December 7 against a full year through September 2027 for larger accounts. Polymath's v8 upgrade, described as the largest since its 2021 launch, went live on July 22, following the parent company's acquisition by Nasdaq-listed TruGolf, which was signed August 17.
