Tonkeeper rebrands to Keeper and expands multi-chain support to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and four other blockchains.

Tonkeeper has rebranded to Keeper and expanded its support across seven blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, and Base, alongside The Open Network. The self-custodial wallet, which previously focused on TON, is shifting its positioning as users increasingly hold assets across multiple networks. According to the product team, this multichain expansion emerged directly from user behavior—existing Tonkeeper holders were managing tokens on Tron, Bitcoin, and Ethereum-compatible layer-2s, yet still relied on the original app for TON-specific features.
The rebrand signals a strategic pivot to serve crypto activity beyond a single chain. A Battery feature, already available on some networks, allows users to cover transaction fees without holding each blockchain's native token; the company aims to roll this to all supported networks within a year. Keeper plans to introduce cross-chain swaps, perpetual-futures trading, spending tools, and a decentralized-app browser, though specific launch timelines have not been disclosed.
The move mirrors similar expansions in the TON ecosystem, including MyTonWallet's transition to My Wallet and STON.fi's cross-chain swap launch. Several details remain unspecified: which networks support the Battery feature at launch, exact rollout dates for announced financial products, and how deeply Keeper's TON roots will anchor its multichain identity long-term.
