Ethena's USDe stablecoin and its staking variant sUSDe are now live on TRON, expanding the protocol's reach into one of the largest chains by stablecoin supply. Users will be able to bridge both tokens to TRON via Stargate Finance starting later that day, with planned integrations across the TRON ecosystem in the coming weeks.
TRON hosts nearly $100 billion in stablecoin assets and serves millions of users globally. Ethena's expansion onto the chain positions its products within TRON's established stablecoin ecosystem and opens access to its DeFi infrastructure.
Specific integrations are slated for DeFi JUST, Official SUNio, and other core TRON DeFi protocols, though detailed announcements around those partnerships remain forthcoming. The scope and timing of full ecosystem integration across TRON's broader DeFi landscape have yet to be disclosed.
