TruBILL (tokenized U.S. Treasury yield) goes live on Solana with T+0 redemptions, backed by AAA-rated ULTRA Fund, institutional custody, and GSR liquidity.
Tech & Launches ·
TruYields has launched TruBILL on Solana, a tokenized product offering U.S. Treasury yield to institutional participants. The token operates with T+0 redemptions and permissioned access restricted to approved institutions, backed by the AAA-rated ULTRA Fund. The infrastructure supporting TruBILL includes regulated custody via Komainu, institutional DeFi participation tools through Porto by Anchorage, MPC wallet infrastructure from Utila, and market making and liquidity provision from GSR, alongside smart contract audits by Halborn Security.
The product is designed to meet institutional standards for onchain Treasury exposure. T+0 settlement eliminates traditional multi-day settlement friction, while permissioned access and custodial backing aim to address institutional comfort with crypto-native yield infrastructure. The reliance on established custody and market-making partners signals an effort to integrate traditional finance safeguards into a tokenized asset structure.
Key unknowns remain around adoption velocity, the specific criteria for institutional approval, and how trading volume and yield will evolve as the product matures on Solana's ecosystem.
