Visa Direct is expanding its stablecoin capabilities by integrating with Zerohash, enabling eligible clients to prefund accounts and send payouts using stablecoins. The integration allows businesses to manage liquidity outside traditional banking hours and lets payment recipients receive funds directly in stablecoins rather than local currency, according to Decrypt. This represents Visa's latest effort to bring blockchain-based payments into its global network, following earlier partnerships including one with BVNK in January and the launch of the Visa Stablecoin Platform in July.
